Hello There,
I’m Susan!

I look perfectly normal, don’t I? Let me tell you about the level of abuse I have endured in my life, and hopefully none of you have had to go through. Through my own personal journey of overcoming health problems, trauma and neglect, I experienced as a child, I had to learn what works and doesn’t work, and discovered there is hope on the other side, and that I do not have to pretend anymore! I developed a system, a way, that helped me release the trauma of my past, so I don’t write it again in my future…

1 on 1 Packages

This 8-16 session journey begins with the Simply Love Quiz. This will help us identify your belief system and understand where you are at in your journey, how you got there, and what needs to change.

The quiz will allow us to develop a Personalized Protocol tailored to your unique experiences. This enables you to remove any barriers you have standing between you and your goals and then implement a new belief system that is aligned with the life that you desire.

The process occurs over 3-6 months in individual sessions with Susan. Your Personal Transformation journey starts immediately with the results of the quiz transformed into a roadmap for your Journey.

Daily Personalized Protocols

The Personalized Protocol is a daily step-by-step system created for each individual and their unique set of experiences. Helping them systematically achieve their goals, by starting with the foundation.

The Foundation is, the thoughts you have, words you utter, actions you take, choices you make, and feelings you experience on a day-to-day basis.

While this won’t address your subconscious beliefs and what caused them. It will provide you with a blueprint for what behaviors, thoughts, and emotions resulted from these beliefs, and what actions, behaviors, and thoughts need to be implemented into your daily life to achieve your goals.

This process will start with an easy in-depth assessment of your day-to-day life, from which the protocol will be created. Then you’ll have 1 session with Susan to establish your goals and the parameters of your protocol.

Peer to Peer Groups

Simply Love Peer-to-Peer Groups start with everyone completing the Simply Love Quiz, to identify their fundamental fears and beliefs, and assist them in understanding and reflecting upon past experiences that shape their beliefs and life.

These 3-6 month groups consist of two monthly meetings consisting of no more than 6 people. Keeping the groups intimate and personal. Intended to foster a safe space for people to be vulnerable enough to create lasting change in their life.

We will be focusing on the Simply Love Process and how to apply these principles in your day-to-day life so you can Simply Love the truth of you and fulfill your potential.
